Anchor Tea, Brännö

In the southern archipelago of Gothenburg, on the island of Brännö, you’ll find Anchor Tea – a tea company with an adjoining trading booth offering tea blends rooted in the island’s history. The inspiration comes from the 18th century, when ancestor and Brännö resident Caspar Mathisson worked as a maritime pilot aboard the East Indiaman Götheborg, bringing tea and other goods to Sweden and Europe.
