In the bakery at the Pavilion, delicious cakes and raw food creations are baked daily using the finest ingredients. The café’s greatest pride is the exceptionally tasty, double-certified coffee ‘Señoras’, which comes from farms run by women. The beans are ground on site just before brewing. In harmony with the beautiful surroundings of the Botanical Garden, all food is prepared from scratch with a focus on plant-based ingredients. Here, you’ll find the perfect venue for your special celebration, big or small. With 80 seats indoors and over 100 outdoors, there are opportunities for everything from company after-work gatherings and birthday parties to rounding off the day’s conference with a delightful green buffet in a garden setting. The facility is environmentally certified according to the Västra Götaland Region’s environmental programme.
