Right in the heart of Jonsered’s historic factory district lies Brödfabriken, a bakery and café that since its opening in 2022 has become an obvious meeting place for everyone who appreciates the smell of freshly baked goods and the taste of really well-made pastries. The venue, with its tall industrial windows and generous ceiling height, frames an atmosphere where tradition and innovation meet. Here, classic fika favourites coexist with more innovative creations, such as chocolate buns with salted caramel topping, a combination that has quickly become a snack among returning guests.
