Brogyllen

Brogyllen is a family-owned bakery and patisserie that was founded in Mölndal in 1962. In 1994, the family opened the doors to their café on Västra Hamngatan, whose stylish interior is said to have been inspired by the cafés in Copenhagen, Vienna, and Budapest. Overlooking the canal and the Museum of Gothenburg, the café offers classic pastries as well as lighter dishes, including pies and sandwiches. In addition to their flagship café, Brogyllen now has five further shops across central Gothenburg and Mölndal.
