Evas Paley

Evas Paley is a well-known and popular café located on the main boulevard Avenyn. Here, all food is prepared from scratch, and the bread and pastries come from the café’s own bakery in Högsbo. Open late every evening, it serves breakfast, lunch and hot dishes daily. On Wednesdays you can enjoy an afternoon tea buffet, while weekends bring a generous breakfast buffet with classics such as freshly baked scones, sourdough bread, cheeses and homemade marmalades. The café’s history goes back to 1945, when Marianne and Ari Paley founded Café Paley. In 1992, Eva Olsson took over with the ambition of preserving its heritage while further developing the business. The result was Evas Paley.
