Galleri Box

At Kastellgatan 10, you’ll find Box – an artist-run gallery for contemporary art. Since its founding in 1998, it has hosted more than 150 exhibitions by both Swedish and international artists. In addition to exhibitions, the gallery occasionally organises artist talks, lectures, and seminars. The programme is continuously evolving, shaped by the projects and exhibitions presented at Box. Just as often as artists are invited to create exhibitions, the programme is also formed through external applications and ideas.
