Grano

Grano is a cosy little bistro on Vasagatan 32 in Gothenburg. Here, you can enjoy high-quality cooking in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The menu changes with the seasons, but some dishes are always on the menu. Like Grano’s popular pizza topped with pancetta, comté and lemon. In addition to pizza, the menu also includes charcuterie, cheese and small plates, as well as delicious desserts. Behind Grano is chef Thomas Sjögren, winner of various cooking competitions in Sweden. In addition to Grano, he also runs Signum, a two-star Michelin restaurant located in Mölnlycke, just outside Gothenburg.
