Heurlins (named after the square outside) was the first of the Clarion Hotel Draken’s restaurants to open. In the premises you will find partly a bistro with street food from the sea and local beer and wine, partly a modern patisserie with pastries and bubbly drinks. Drop-in only, no table reservations. The restaurant, like the hotel, is environmentally certified according to ISO14001, an international standard for environmental management systems.
