Inez & Ernst

The main restaurant at Sankt Jörgen Park is called Inez & Ernst, named after the owners’ grandparents and role models, who lived on Skomme farm not far from the resort. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner – innovative dishes prepared with love and respect for nature and craftsmanship. The ingredients are sourced from local farms and our colleagues’ gardens to create flavours that highlight every season. The restaurant is eco-labelled with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
