Do you want to know more about the most powerful ship of the great power era? At the Kalmar county museum, there is the exhibition about the Regal ship Kronan, which exploded and sank off the coast of Öland in 1676. The ship was recovered in 1980 and since then more than 30,000 objects have been recovered from the wreck site. Diving is done every summer, so the exhibition is constantly replenished with new finds
