Playhouse

Welcome to the legendary jazz club with tradition and experience for almost half a century. Playhouse is one of Sweden’s largest organizers of jazz and live music. At “Playhouse at Valand”, right in the center of Gothenburg, you get a guaranteed jazz club feeling of the highest class. The story begins when the Jazz Association Nefertiti started the jazz club in 1978 and since then over 8,000 concerts have been held. In 2024, the Jazz Club changed its name to Playhouse.
