Sankt Jörgen Park

At the Nordic Swan Ecolabelled resort Sankt Jörgen Park, which is located just outside central Gothenburg, you can count on carefully renovated environments, delicious food and a magical spa. Here, design classics meet modern art and auction finds in a familiar and international atmosphere. The food concept is inspired by Copenhagen. The restaurant Inez and Ernst has a strong focus on local ingredients, Swedish grapes, an own vineyard and has won the award for best wine list in 2023. Bula Bar & Mat is a slightly more stylish concept where the focus is on social dining. Greenhouse serves well-prepared traditional Swedish meals with a modern twist, and at the spa café Garden Café you’ll find prawn sandwiches, snacks, treats, homemade smoothies, and delicious thirst-quenchers such as sparkling wine, beer, wine or soft drinks. All the restaurants are certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
