Umarell

Umarell is a modern Italian restaurant that combines casual elegance with top-class cooking. The restaurant is run by restaurateur Oliver Ingrosso and chef Louise Johansson, whose shared vision is to create an accessible but quality dining experience in a luxurious environment in the Dicksonska palatset. The name is taken from the Italian expression for older men who stand and observe construction sites, a playful nod to the curiosity that arose during the renovation of the Dicksonska palatset in which the restaurant is housed. At Umarell, everyone is welcome, whether it is a spontaneous lunch, a dinner for two or a larger evening in good company. Just as the name suggests, the menu is characterized by Italian dishes.
