Since the restaurant’s start in 2012, Sofia B. Olsson has been involved as both chef and operations manager. Olsson has received awards and distinctions, both for her talent as a chef as well as her ability to support and elevate female chefs and leadership. The restaurant is environmentally certified according to ISO14001, an international standard for environmental management systems.
